In this blog I will share 4 important hacks on how you can do inbound  marketing to spread awareness and generate more leads.

1. SEARCH (Position your profile with your choice of target market)

I know you want to do something unique, something which is relatable or something which has to do with your acquired skills. But you can’t just put a word on the web or on social media platforms and start running the business. It doesn’t work that way, does it? To put it simply for you, build a profile page, choose one platform and write a good summary of your past role and your current objective. Just to a google search and identify the market needs and position your profile in a way and enter into a niche target market.

 

2. PROFILE (The type of industry you want to cater to)

Which industry do you want to cater? What kind of people do you want to work? Before you try to do any free marketing, read about the industry experts, join forums if possible. Try and answer some questions may be on Quora or any public blogging platforms. This will not only help you to associate with good people but will also give you a perspective about the industry trends and where it is going. The key element here is to structure your content so well, that when people read about you, they immediately can establish a connect.

 

3. Content (Understand the type of content)

Try to create more of the content which identifies the problem and also can generate instant solution for the people who are looking for that particular problem. On the internet there’s constant communication happening every second, every minute. Most of us are looking for solutions to our daily problems on the internet. So be very mindful of how to approach and write the content by understanding how content marketing works. When you answer some questions using your expertise, potential prospect will see you as an expert in your domain and might want to network with you for future business.

 

4. Email List (Build Your Email List)

Now that you have learnt what content to create or what is inbound marketing, try building your email list parallelly. While you are creating content and solving problems, most of them would want to work with you for a long term project. So build your email list and send them to your page, your official website, community etc, and keep adding value by creating great content. Always think of solving problems with your expertise and use the power of content writing to build your profile, gain authority over your subject matter, build your own audience and most importantly keep solving problems.
